We regularly represent landlords and tenants in contract negotiations and in litigation before the arbitration authority and in court.
We are proven specialists in employment law and offer comprehensive advice to both employers and employees in all matters of employment and public personnel law, including related areas of law such as social security law, immigration law, data protection, etc. We act as a permanent legal service for companies from various industries and regularly represent both employers and employees in court. Therefore, we are familiar with the peculiarities of labor law litigation from both perspectives.
We advise our clients in all commercial and private disputes and, if necessary, represent their interests with determination, skill and vigor before all state courts in Switzerland and before arbitral tribunals and authorities. This also applies to proceedings for interim relief, attachment and seizure of assets as well as to the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. In addition, we provide expert opinions on civil procedure law and on criminal and administrative procedure law issues.
We offer advice and representation in all matters of inheritance law in estate planning and business succession, focusing on the avoidance of future conflicts and striving for holistic succession solutions. We have many years of experience in the drafting of matrimonial and inheritance agreements, wills and testaments, provident orders as well as in the execution of wills. For cases in an international context, we can call on specialists from abroad at any time, if necessary, thanks to our broad network.
We assist our clients in all areas of criminal law and throughout the entire criminal proceedings, from the initiation of criminal proceedings to representation in court. We take on defense mandates as well as representing injured parties and victims. In particular, we are also familiar with white-collar and workplace crimes as well as with offences in road traffic and with the possibilities of preserving evidence and obtaining protective measures such as asset seizures.
We offer private clients, in particular entrepreneurs, comprehensive advice on all legal issues related to the operation of an SME, namely on corporate law, contract law, employment law or regulatory issues. We also support our clients in organizing their private and business succession, in legal issues related to their asset management and in construction projects. In addition, we advise private individuals on the organization of their estate and on property law issues in the event of separation, divorce or death, etc.
Mark Meienberg joined REBER Attorneys at Law in November 2024, bringing extensive experience from his previous role as a lawyer at a leading legal expenses insurance company, where he specialised in real estate law, including landlord and tenant law, construction law, neighbourhood law and property law. His expertise also extends to other fields such as criminal law, inheritance law and family law. Prior to this, Mark Meienberg spent several years at Zurich District Court, gaining significant experience in litigation and client representation, including at the Tenancy Court. His role as chairman of the rental conciliation authority honed his exceptional negotiation skills, enabling him to devise pragmatic and creative solutions for disputing parties. Additionally, his tenure at the public prosecutor’s office provided him with invaluable insight into the prosecution process, allowing him to deliver strategic and well-rounded advice and representation for his clients.
